1. What Personal CFO is

Personal CFO is an educational financial-planning and calculation tool. It produces projections and scenarios based on inputs and assumptions you provide. It does not provide investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell any security, or any assurance of returns. Projections are estimates and may differ materially from actual outcomes.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be 18 or older to use Personal CFO.

3. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees via Razorpay, exclusive of applicable GST. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our posted refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to provide regulated investment advice unless you are appropriately registered and clearly identified as the adviser.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Personal CFO is provided “as is” and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on its outputs.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app and may require renewed acceptance.
